Office Tour

A Harbor Signaling the Beginning of a Grand Journey.

Inspired by the concept of “A Harbor Signaling the Beginning of a Grand Journey,” we have named our office GRAND HARBOR.
Every space has been thoughtfully designed to reflect this vision, welcoming all who enter to experience a journey defined by dreams and inspiration.

Our reception area provides a warm welcome to all visitors.
It offers the first impression of our office environment, allowing you to experience the atmosphere in which we work.

Journey's CanteenEmployee Cafeteria

“JOURNEY’S CANTEEN” offers more than dining—
it provides a space for employees to connect through activities such as darts and card games —
and, in the evening, a bar serving alcohol.

Designed with the concept of a lodge that refreshes travelers, the cafeteria offers a diverse menu, from buffet selections to à la carte dishes, ensuring both nourishment and enjoyment.

Freeport/AnchorCoworking spaces

Our coworking spaces are designed to support flexible work styles,
whether for focused tasks or team discussions.

Located at the Osaki Head Office, “FREEPORT” and “ANCHOR” offer versatile environments, including open areas for collaboration and dedicated zones for concentration.
Designed around the concept of “Focused Concentration,” the “High Concentration Area” within the coworking space features specialized areas, including individual booths for personal work and private booths equipped for web conferencing.
【Tunnel Tokyo】
Operated by the SEGA SAMMY Group, Tunnel Tokyo is a membership-based coworking space utilized by startups and independent professionals. It provides a platform for SEGA SAMMY employees and external talent to connect, fostering innovation and new business opportunities.

Internal Communication EventsInternal Communication Events

With numerous group companies based at the Osaki Head Office, employee engagement events are held regularly to strengthen internal communication.

On Group Days, employees are encouraged to invite people important to them—such as family and friends—to learn more about the company and become fans. A variety of inspiring experiences are offered at the Osaki Head Office for this purpose.
On October 31st, Halloween, employees can work while wearing costumes. Since we’re an entertainment company, clothing and hairstyles are normally unrestricted anyway, but on this day, full costumes are permitted, so many people come to work elaborately dressed up for the occasion.
Among the cafeteria’s special programs is a demonstration of bluefin tuna carving. Tuna purchased at auction is filleted in front of everyone in the cafeteria and later served as tuna bowls or sushi during lunch.
At “SEGA SAMMY-no-Mori,” events focused on learning about nature are held in summer and autumn, allowing participants to enjoy and experience the outdoors.
