IT-related positions

A Position That Shapes the Group’s Future Through IT

This role is responsible for managing IT infrastructure and help desk operations for SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS and the SEGA SAMMY Group, while also planning and promoting DX initiatives and IT strategies. You will also have opportunities to take on global-scale challenges, such as building IT platform environments across the Group. Your work will include leading DX strategies, such as improving operational efficiency through AI, and driving company-wide transformation using the latest technologies. In the future, you may also move into other divisions to develop new areas of expertise, following a career path designed to help you grow into a core talent within the Group.

Accounting

A Position That Leads the Group’s Management Through Financial Expertise

This role leverages specialized expertise in accounting, finance, and asset management to support both SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS and the broader SEGA SAMMY Group. Through financial data and analysis, you will play a key role in supporting management and maximizing asset value across the organization. In the future, your career path may also lead to more strategic, management-related responsibilities such as developing financial strategies, shaping Group-wide asset management policies, or contributing to corporate planning initiatives that drive the Group’s overall management strategy, including M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and PMI (post-merger integration).

Human Resources

A Position at the Core of Talent Development

This role handles key HR functions such as recruitment, training, payroll, attendance management, and the operation of various HR systems—working behind the scenes to ensure that employees across the Group can work comfortably. Alongside developing career paths and personnel systems for our most important asset, our human capital, you will play an important role in advancing and streamlining HR operations. We are strengthening our HRTech capabilities by making full use of digital tools, data, AI, and other cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking forward-looking teammates who can help drive meaningful, Group-wide transformation through HR. In the future, you will also have opportunities to expand your expertise beyond traditional HR, gaining broader knowledge in areas such as IT and data utilization. Career paths include taking on new challenges in other divisions or creating new value within the HR departments of Group companies.

Public Relations

A Position That Strengthens Information Strategy and Enhances Brand Value

This role is responsible for communicating corporate information, including press releases, IR announcements, and other key disclosures, to promote the value and visibility of SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS and the SEGA SAMMY Group. You will oversee the entire process from planning to execution, building strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders ranging from media partners to employees. A distinctive feature of our Public Relations division is the opportunity to engage not only in PR activities but also in supporting sports-related business initiatives, team management, and the development of related projects. In this role, you will take on responsibilities central to shaping the company’s public image, including leading PR strategies and contributing to brand building across the organization. In the future, you can also pursue a career path that leverages your communication skills to lead cross-departmental projects and expand your impact across a wide range of fields.
Eligibility
Applicants who will graduate, or expect to graduate, from a technical college, vocational school, junior college, university, or graduate school between April 2026 and March 2027.
Recent graduates (within three years of graduation) are also eligible.

Starting Salary
Master’s degree holders  ¥310,000
Bachelor’s degree holders ¥300,000

※The above amounts include theLife Plan Benefit, a company program that supports employees’ long-term financial planning.
For master’s degree holders: Base salary ¥280,000 + Life Plan Benefit (full allocation) ¥30,000
For bachelor’s degree holders: Base salary ¥270,000 +Life Plan Benefit (full allocation) ¥30,000

Salary Increases & Bonuses
Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December)

FAQQuestions About New Graduate Recruitment

About Applications

If I have previous work experience, am I unable to apply as a new graduate?

Even if you have prior work experience, you may still be eligible for new graduate recruitment depending on factors such as your age, employment history, and employment status. Please consult with us individually. However, as a general rule, applicants who are currently employed by more than one company as a regular employee are not eligible.

Are certain majors (arts/humanities or sciences) required for specific positions?

We do not use academic background or field of study as selection criteria.
Through the selection process, we evaluate each applicant’s skills, abilities, and potential.

I’m not very familiar with video games or pachinko. Can I still apply?

Absolutely — you are welcome to apply. Having knowledge of video games, pachinko, or pachislot can be an advantage, but it is not used as the sole basis for our hiring decisions.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

You may indicate up to your second choice on the entry sheet, so please share your preferences during the interview. From the second interview onward, the selection process will proceed based on a specific position.

Can international students apply?

Yes. We welcome applications from international students regardless of nationality, including those studying in Japan and those currently studying abroad.

Can I visit the company?

We apologize, but we do not accept company visit requests.
However, this website provides information about the company, our job categories, and profiles of current employees, so please feel free to explore those sections.

Can the company introduce alumni (OB/OG) from my school?

We apologize, but the company does not provide introductions to alumni.
However, you are welcome to visit alumni individually, provided you have their permission.

What should I do if I need to update my application information?

About the Selection Process

How can I participate in the company information session?

We will provide guidance through your My Page account to applicants who have submitted an application. Please begin by clicking the Entry button to submit your application.

What should I wear during the selection process?

There is no dress code. Please feel free to come in attire that allows you to relax and perform at your best.

Where will the interviews take place?

The first and second interviews are conducted online, so you may join from your home, school, or any convenient location.
The final interview is held at our headquarters; however, if you live overseas or have circumstances that require an online interview, please feel free to consult with us.

Other Questions

I’m planning to live on my own. Are there dormitories or company housing available?

We apologize, but we do not provide dormitories or company housing. However, the company will cover relocation expenses. If you are currently living overseas, please consult with us individually.

Will I ever be rotated to different roles or transferred to another Group company?

Job rotations may be conducted based on your career aspirations, medium- to long-term development plans, and your suitability and aptitude.
If you wish to broaden your opportunities, you may also pursue roles at other companies within the Group.
