Corporate Planning Division

Core organization that shapes the Group’s future and drives its growth.

To enhance the Group’s corporate value, the Corporate Planning Division engages in dialogue inside and outside the company based on the Group’s management policies and initiatives, works with Group companies to achieve external targets, and pools ideas with them to create new value.

Job description

  • Meeting Management and Business Development

    Meeting Management and Business Development

    Responsible for managing and coordinating board meetings and various other meetings, also serving as a liaison to convey top management’s directives to operating companies. Key responsibilities also include formulating and executing M&A policies, developing new businesses, and developing resort operations.

  • IR and SR Coordination

    IR and SR Coordination

    Primarily responsible for coordinating Group-wide IR and SR activities, such as promoting dialogue with shareholders and investors, incorporating external perspectives internally, establishing Group disclosure standards and information-sharing frameworks, etc.

  • Investment Management

    Investment Management

    Primarily responsible for planning initiatives related to open innovation within the SEGA SAMMY Group, as well as advising on the discovery, execution, and management of deals.
