    HR Strategy Formulation and Promotion

    This is the core team responsible for formulating and promoting HR strategies that help us achieve the Group Mission Pyramid and medium- to long-term business strategies. Its primary duties include establishing cross-organizational policies while maintaining balance across the Group and its companies, directly addressing key priorities, and collaborating with HR-related organizations at each company to resolve issues.
