<\/p>\nSEGA SAMMY Group has identified “Human Resources Development” as one of its five materialities, and “Behaviors leveraging diversity” as one of its “SEGA SAMMY Group HR Transformation Vision,” we are implementing priority promotion measures to resolve these issues.
\nAs part of these efforts, we created “MY FIRST LGBTQ+ HANDBOOK.”
\nThe book will be used as a tool to promote understanding of LGBTQ+ among SEGA SAMMY Group employees, and will be provided free of charge to anyone who wants to learn about or deepen their understanding of LGBTQ+.<\/p>\n
This handbook, produced by SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS and supervised by Job Rainbow Co. Ltd., explains basic knowledge about LGBTQ+, issues that are occurring in society, responses to them, and what you need to do as an ally. We also created an English version that reflects Japan’s views on gender so that English users living in Japan can use it.
\nSEGA SAMMY Group aims to create a society where people can work actively regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, not only at SEGA SAMMY Group, but also at any workplace.
\nWe encourage you to use this book to create a comfortable working environment for LGBTQ+ people.<\/p>\n
