Flextime System
This is a system that allows employees to choose when to come to work and when to leave work according to their work schedule and personal life.
Currently, there are no core hours that must be worked, allowing employees to work with a better work–life balance compared to that under the regular flextime system.

Hourly Paid Leave・Away From Keyboard
Employees can take paid leave not only for a full day or half day, but also by the hour.
This allows you to work flexibly, as you can use it when you need to leave early or leave during the day.
We have also introduced "AFK -Away From Keyboard-," a system that allows employees to leave work up to two hours per day in principle (not counting as work time) in order to allow them to efficiently utilize their spare time and work flexibly.
This system allows employees to work flexibly as needed when they need to take a break from work.

Employees can take up to three days paid leave per year for the purpose of developing their own “moving experiences.”

Side Job System JOB+
The SEGA SAMMY Group has introduced the “JOB+” system that allows employees to work on the side.
We believe that the improvement of individual abilities and self-realization outside of the main business will ultimately enhance the corporate value of the SEGA SAMMY Group and promote the creation of new innovations. As an example, a wide variety of side businesses that make use of an individual’s specialties, such as sports, music, calligraphy instruction, and consulting services, are permitted. (Side jobs outside of work hours and on holidays are allowed on the condition that they are essentially for the main business of the SEGA SAMMY Group, and that the employee has been with the company for a long time and passes the company’s screening process.)

Diversity Promotion Initiatives
The SEGA SAMMY Group provides e-learning programs for learning the basics of diversity promotion, has established an external consultation service, and has established various systems to treat same-sex partners the same as spouses. In addition, we have been awarded "Gold" consecutively since 2019 in the “PRIDE Index,” an evaluation index for corporate initiatives for sexual minorities. In addition, we are promoting initiatives both internally and externally, such as sponsoring the Tokyo Rainbow Pride.

Childcare Support
We offer maternity leave and childcare leave for both men and women. Employees can also request shorter working hours and restrictions on overtime work due to childcare. In addition, a community for mothers and fathers working in the SEGA SAMMY Group has been established among the group companies to promote information sharing and communication, including consultations on childcare issues and exchange of opinions.

We have established an in-house nursery to help employees balance work and childcare. Employees who have family members requiring nursing care can take time off to provide nursing care, accompany them to the hospital, or perform the procedures necessary for nursing care services. Employees can work shorter hours and limit their overtime work due to nursing care.

As part of our support measures for women's career development, we have introduced an egg freezing (storage) service support system. This system allows women to consider from an early stage how they would like to pursue their career and private life, such as "I want to have children, but I want to pursue a fulfilling career now, and then become pregnant, give birth, and raise children when I have settled down.
