SEGA SAMMY College (SS-College)
The SEGA SAMMY College is an in-house university that provides learning opportunities for employees of the SEGA SAMMY Group, with the aims of “creating opportunities for growth as leaders that are typical of SEGA SAMMY” and “providing a place where everyone can learn at their convenience.”
The college offers a variety of content, including courses on portable skills, motivation, and innovation, as well as lectures by the president and people active in various fields.
The SEGA SAMMY College also serves as a place where colleagues of the SEGA SAMMY Group can stand shoulder to shoulder, learn together, and be stimulated by each other, thereby strengthening the unity of the group.

Overseas Study Program
The SEGA SAMMY Group has introduced a system to support employees in obtaining MBAs from the world’s leading overseas business schools and various qualifications from law schools and design institutes, in order to provide the opportunity for employees to voluntarily develop their careers and to develop human resources who will lead the SEGA SAMMY Group in the future.

New Employee Training
During the first month after joining the company, new employees take a training course to learn business manners and how to be prepared as a member of society. We also provide training to support the reconstruction of disaster-stricken areas and joint training with group companies to help new employees understand the company’s initiatives and prepare them for their assignments that start the following month.

Managerial Training
In addition to training for new employees, the SEGA SAMMY Group also provides training for managers as needed. The SEGA SAMMY College offers a program specifically for directors and executive officers, and other training is provided both internally and externally to enable them to become leaders of the company, including human resources.

Compliance Training
In order to raise the level of compliance in the group and to be able to adapt to changes in society, we conduct training to acquire knowledge, raise awareness, and establish compliance. To promote a deeper understanding, which is particularly important in practice, we have prepared mandatory training programs according to position.

e-Learning
We have introduced an e-Learning system that allows employees to take courses both inside and outside the company, with the aim of creating an environment where employees can receive education and improve their individual and organizational skills.
More than 70 subjects are available, including basic business skills and language learning, allowing employees to acquire knowledge and skills while effectively using their time during commutes and holidays.

Global Human Resource Development Program (English Conversation Course)
The SEGA SAMMY Group has introduced a system that allows employees to take English conversation courses free of charge according to their language level in order to expand its business globally and diversify its human resources.
