This position handles specialized accounting, finance, and asset management operations for the Group and SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS.
- Human Resources

Work related to human resource development, including recruitment, training, and reassignment for the entire group, as well as human resource management, payroll, planning and operation of HR systems, and provision of other HR services.
- General Corporate Administration

This job is to promote communication via internal and external events, support the activities of the Sega Sammy Baseball Team and other athlete employees, provide document management and welfare services, and conduct general management jobs related to internal facilities and office layouts.
Job Targets
In principle, graduates of technical colleges, vocational schools, junior colleges, universities, or graduate schools between April 2025 and March 2026. Or those who are expected to graduate during that period.
Applicants must be second-time graduates (within 3 years of graduation).

Flexible hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Vacations and holidays
Two days off per week, national holidays, five days of summer holidays (to be taken freely during a certain period), two days of winter holidays, two days of special holidays, annual paid vacation, emotional experience leave, congratulatory or condolence leave, etc. Annual holidays:130 days (FY2024)
