Can I apply for new graduate recruitment if I have a previous job?

Even if you have a previous job, you may be eligible for new graduate recruitment depending on your age, company history, employment status, etc. Please consult with us individually. However, as a general rule, you are not eligible if you have previously worked for multiple companies.

Are there any restrictions on major fields of study (liberal arts or science) for some positions?

Educational background and major field of study are not used as criteria for selection. We will confirm your skills, abilities, and potential through the selection process.

I’m not familiar with games or pachinko. Can I still apply?

A wealth of knowledge about games, pachinko, and pachislot is considered a strength, but we will not make a decision based on that alone.

Can I enter more than one position?

Where will the interviews be held?

The first and second Interviews are conducted online, so you can participate from your home or school. The final interview is usually conducted at the head office, but it may be held online depending on the situation. If you have a special reason such as living abroad and would like to have an online interview, please feel free to contact us.

I would like to live by myself. Do you have a dormitory or company housing?

We are very sorry, but we do not have dormitories or company housing available.
However, if you use the moving service of one of our group companies, the company will pay for your moving expenses within their set limits.

Are there any support systems for childbirth and childcare?

We offer maternity leave, childcare leave, and shorter working hours.
We also have a nursery school (Soramori Nursery School) at the head office for the exclusive use of our employees.In addition, we provide a consultation service for childcare and other issues, as well as a place to exchange information.

Is there any possibility of job rotation or transfer to other group companies?

Job rotation may be carried out for your mid- to long-term career development, taking into consideration your orientation and aptitude. If you wish, you can also expand your career opportunities to other companies in the group.

What is the working style amid the coronavirus pandemic?

Due to the pandemic, we offer a hybrid work style of coming to the office plus working from home, depending on the work you are in charge of and the projects in which you are involved. Currently, many of our employees continue to work from home by improving their work, increasing the work efficiency, and devising ways to hold meetings.
We have also taken measures to prevent infection, such as by distributing masks and maintaining social distance in the cafeteria and meeting rooms.
