(Acquisition of Treasury Stock Based on Articles of Incorporation Pursuant to Article 165 Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act of Japan)
SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. (the Company) has carried out the acquisition of treasury stocks pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act of Japan as applied by replacing the provisions stipulated in Article 165 Paragraph 3 of the same law and hereby notifies the status of the acquisition as follows. The Company also notifies that the acquisition of treasury stocks based on resolution at the Board of Directors meeting in February 13, 2026 has been completed with the acquisition this time.
