In what moments do people feel joy and happiness? One answer to this question would be: “When we feel moved.” Humans may very well be able to live without the experience of being captivated, but it would certainly be a life less fun. And while we can feel moved individually, it is when we are captivated along with our peers–in other words, when it is a shared experience–that the magnitude of our happiness multiplies and expands.
Our mission is to realize a society filled with the sharing of such captivating experiences through our products and services. To continue providing “color” to the lives of people around the globe. This is our mission and how we remain to be a member of society–Our purpose.

In the highly uncertain era of VUCA where the future is hardly predictable, what we need in order to achieve our Mission is to constantly make reform, not merely adapt to the changes surrounding us.
In this light, we aspire to continuously be a Game Changer.
The driving force of Sammy’s growth can be traced back to our value “Always Proactive, Always Pioneering”–it is the unbreakable spirit to never give up, no matter the hardship or adversity. And the philosophy and DNA cultivated by SEGA is rooted in our value “Creation is Life”–to offer captivating experiences that not everyone has encountered.
In order to pull from the values of both companies as our cultural asset, in April 2020, we defined the SEGA SAMMY Group’s philosophy and DNA as “Creation is Life” × “Always Proactive, Always Pioneering.”
We will develop our business with the mindset to continue “creation” of captivating experiences under the spirit of “always proactively pioneering” in any situation.
