Notice of Renewal of Corporate Website

SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. (the Company) is pleased to inform you that it has fully renewed the corporate website of the Company, including the Investor Relations page, with the aim of conveying information about the Company and the Group in an easier-to-understand manner so that it helps our stakeholders to know us more in depth.

In this renewal, we have greatly expanded the content in the areas of corporate information and sustainability initiatives, etc. The Sustainability page has been enhanced with various ESG data, including new pages on materiality and TCFD disclosure, while the Corporate Information page has been expanded to increase information on corporate governance such as a Directors’ Skills Matrix and other areas including the revision of the Company history. For Investor Relations page, in order to make it easier to access necessary information, information has been consolidated on the Investor Relations top page and a common navigation menu has been introduced. Moreover, accessibility to sustainability and governance information has been improved.

In terms of functionality, we improved the visibility of the website by standardizing the formats and designs of each page and giving an overall sense of unity. At the same time, we improved the ease of circulation within the website by incorporating a drop-down menu (mega menu) that allows users to see at a glance what items are listed on each page, and by improving the global navigation.

We will continue to make further improvements so that the website will be used comfortably for as many people as possible, and will strive to enhance the content so that we can provide useful information.

At the same time, we are pleased to announce that we have updated Reports of “Experiences that Move the Heart”, a series of articles that have been posted on our website for individual investors.

This time, we are introducing a variety of initiatives that have led to the success of “Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE! feat. Hatsune Miku”, a video game application for iOS/Android which exceeds over 10 million users. Please take a look.
