SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. (the Company) hereby notifies that it has completed payment procedures for the disposal of the treasury stocks based on RSU system and the PSU system today, which was resolved at its Board of Directors’ meeting held on June 30, 2026, as described below.
