[When website performance issues occur]Request to Clear Browser Cache[Updated on November 16, 2023]

For those who view the corporate website, please note that leftover website information (cache) from previous visits to the page may rarely result in links not functioning properly or a skew in the page display.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and request that you reference the steps below to clear your browser’s cache if any issues occur with links/display as you visit the page.
*Clearing cache will result in deletion of your browser history. Please review precautions regarding your browser beforehand and conduct the steps below at your own discretion.
How to clear cache information (internet temp files)
For Microsoft Edge users
- Press F12 (or right-click and select Inspect with Developer Tools) to open DevTools
- Right-click the update button and select “Empty cache and hard refresh”
For Google Chrome users
- Press F12 (or right-click and select Inspect) to open DevTools
- Right-click the Refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard
For Mac Safari users
- Select Safari from the Menu Bar
- Click Settings
- Select the Privacy tab from the settings screen
- Search for and select “segasammy.co.jp”
- Select Remove
For iPhone (Safari) users
- Open Settings app from home screen
- Select Safari and tap “Clear History and Website Data” from the list
- Tap “Clear History and Data”
For Android users
- Select the Settings button from the top-right of the browser and tap Settings
- Tap “Privacy” and then tap “Clear History Data”
- Select “All History”
- Check only the “Cached images and files” and tap “Delete data”
